Job description

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Retail Area Manager for a Premium Kidswear fashionbrand in London.

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich and Amsterdam.

JOBDESCRIPTION
Tasks of the area manager:

  • Pilots and develops the economic key performance of its perimeter by analyzing the results of sales outlets and setting objectives and action plans. (4 stores in the area of London.)
  • Performs regular, methodical audits of stores within its scope to check that they are properly run (compliance with procedures and legislation, budgets, brand standards...)
  • Directs, leads and develops Store Managers (X3) within its scope.
  • Defines, leads and monitors the action plan for its scope, in line with the company's strategic orientations
  • Mobilizes and supports the teams within its perimeter in a context of Retail transformation
  • Set and manage KPIs in order to develop the store's turnover
  • Support the implementation of new activities and services to develop the omnichannel within the store
  • Lead and coach the teams, set objectives and support the development of employees
  • Become a true ambassador of the Brand
  • Manage your own store in London with your sales team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar position (min. 5 years) ;
  • Having a good level of French (it would be a real plus) 
  • You are a real people manager;
  • Analytically strong and you know your KPIs;
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, dynamic and willing to learn and develop;
  • Adaptability and flexibility;
  • Effective time management skills. You must be punctual, reliable and able to complete tasks within the required deadlines.
