Job description

From Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, we are looking for a Store Manager for an interior design brand in Antwerp.

 

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich and Amsterdam.

 

Store Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Motivate and coach your team of 4 people on a constant basis in a small shop.
  • Ensuring loyalty to the brand by developing these relationships through personal interaction and active customer loyalty
  • Manage and develop CRM, maintain the customer base
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to grow your customer base and customer spend, including approaching customers for events such as private sales, in-store events or new product/collection launches
  • Develop detailed and comprehensive knowledge of all products and our brand culture and DNA, to provide exceptional customer service and build sales
  • Be an expert in product information, including knowledge of product design, construction and craftsmanship, materials used and how to maintain the product
  • Prepare schedules and hourly timetables
  • Analysing and reporting KPIs and taking action as required
  • You will contribute to customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service with your shop
  • The shop always looks top notch thanks to you and your team
  • Maintain a good overview of the stock and you ensure timely stocking

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail environment
  • Fluent English and Dutch
  • You are a real people manager
  • Analytically strong and you know your KPIs
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills. Able to build strong, authentic relationships with clients and collaborate with team members
  • Proactive, dynamic and willing to learn and develop
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Effective time management skills. You must be punctual, reliable and able to complete tasks within required deadlines
