Job description

From Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, we are looking for a Store Manager to join the team of a fast growing premium lifestyle brand, specialised in men, women and kids collection, that opened its first door in London this year. 

 

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich and Amsterdam.

 

Store Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Motivate and coach your team on a regular basis
  • Ensure loyalty to the brand by developing solid relationships with customers
  • Manage and develop CRM
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit by proactively taking commercial initiatives to drive the business, as well as organising events to launch new collections 
  • Develop detailed and comprehensive knowledge of all products and brand culture, to provide exceptional customer service and build sales
  • Set sales target and ensure the achievemnt of such 
  • Manage the staff rotas and shifts
  • Analyse and report KPIs results to the company 
  • Lead by example by being involved in all the operational tasks 
  • Maintain excellent store standards to reflect the brand image 

Requirements

Store Manager requirements:

  • Proven experience in a service driven Fashion environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong people skills 
  • Strong analytical anc commercial skills to drive profits
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills. Able to build strong, authentic relationships with clients and collaborate with team members
  • Proactive, dynamic and willing to lead by example
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Effective time management skills
