Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG, is looking for a Customer Care & Personal Shopping Advisor for one of our clients, a global luxury fashion company, at their headquarters in Munich.

We collaborate with leading brands across Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Munich.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
Provide expert fashion advice and personalized styling services
Plan and execute exclusive VIP events and experiences
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement and sales
Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and collections

Requirements

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish or French, plus English (German is a plus)
Experience in personal shopping, luxury retail, or client relations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
