Team Lead E-commerce Brazil - Leading Furniture Brand - Lisbon

From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, we are looking for a Senior Team Lead E-commerce Brazil to drive partnership projects within the brazilian market, for a fast growing furniture brand currently leading the european market. The role will be based in their Lisbon office.

Role Responsibilities:

• Own the P&L of the Product Categories in Brazil, with a focus on profitable growth and margin expansion.

• Oversee affiliate, partner, and influencer activities — including code setup, contract tracking, reporting, optimization, and cultivating long-term collaborations.

• Spot high-potential industries for partnership development: prospect, qualify, and engage new collaborators.

• Negotiate and secure sustainable, high-impact partnership agreements, while managing, monitoring, and expanding existing ones.

• Drive Pricing Excellence: Own the local pricing strategy across channels and products to maximize revenue and margin, supported by strong analytics.

• Take ownership of the project roadmap with an agile mindset — ensuring task clarity, timely delivery, and steady progress.

• Collaborate with Operations and Sourcing to improve cost structure and supply performance for the Brazilian market.
