Job description

Main Responsibilities

1. Business Development (approx. 60%)

Once you are familiar with our values, methodology, and service offering, you will take ownership of developing our commercial presence across the Benelux region:

  • Actively contribute to defining the commercial strategy for the Benelux market by identifying growth opportunities and potential client companies.
  • Identify key decision-makers and initiate contact to present Luxe Talent’s recruitment services.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements in a transparent, fair and mutually beneficial manner.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships based on trust, communication and professionalism.
  • Represent and promote the Luxe Talent brand across the region to strengthen market visibility and enhance the attractiveness of our services.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between business development and ongoing searches.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (approx. 40%)

You will also contribute to recruitment processes for roles in the Luxury, Fashion and Retail industries:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle: talent sourcing, interviews, candidate briefings, and client shortlists.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of client expectations and company culture to ensure qualitative, tailored recruitment.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in either Retail (Store Management, Area Management, Sales, Training, etc.) or in Recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • A genuine passion for the Retail, Fashion or Luxury sectors.
  • Fluency in Dutch is absolutely essential.
  • Professional proficiency in English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Motivated by challenges and business growth.
  • Autonomous, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with an international team.
  • Flexible, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
