From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, we are looking for a Senior Marketplaces Manager, for a fast growing furniture brand currently leading the market. The role will be based in their Lisbon office and will manage the Brazilian Market.
What you´ll do:
Fully own and manage the P&L for the marketplace business.
Develop yearly, quarterly, and monthly commercial plans tailored to each platform.
Set ambitious growth goals and drive initiatives that improve sales, profitability, and operational metrics.
Lead pricing strategy, including architecture, updates, and daily price management.
Create promotional roadmaps and define participation in campaigns across marketplaces.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all external marketplace partners.
Run JBP sessions, business reviews, negotiations, deal planning, and visibility investments.
Oversee the entire product catalog, including listings, variations, and continuous content optimization.
Coordinate closely with the Marketplace Marketing team on budgets, visibility strategy, ads, campaigns, and deal submissions.
Partner with Operations to ensure stock availability, accurate forecasting, and seamless execution.
Manage and mentor 1–2 interns supporting catalog tasks, customer interactions, reporting, and daily operations.
Who we´re looking for:
4–7+ years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplaces, Commercial, Account Management, or Growth roles.
Hands-on experience with Amazon, Mercado Libre, or Magalu is a strong plus.
Background in fast-paced, high-growth, or scale-up environments is highly valued.
Strong commercial instincts with a solid understanding of pricing strategy, elasticity, promotional mechanics, and marketplace ecosystems.
Highly analytical and data-oriented — comfortable conducting analyses, building dashboards, and making decisions based on insights.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Organized and structured, capable of managing priorities, multiple workstreams, and junior talent.
Proactive mindset — someone who takes initiative, acts quickly, and enjoys owning their domain.
