Job description

From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, we are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and develop the “Accessories” category in the Brazilian market (pillows, duvets, bed linen, etc.). You will take full ownership of the category’s performance in Brazil — driving growth, managing the product portfolio, and shaping a seamless customer experience from end to end. This position is based in Lisbon.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow the Accessories category in Brazil: responsible for sales, margins, availability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Define and execute product-portfolio strategy: manage new product launches, lifecycle of products, and phase-outs.

  • Monitor and analyze sales and margin data — identify growth levers and implement data-driven action plans.

  • Act as the key interface between local marketing, global product development, supply chain, and customer service to ensure end-to-end operational excellence.

  • Use customer feedback and market insights to refine product offering and improve the customer experience continuously.

  • Collaborate with branding and performance marketing teams to plan and execute launches, campaigns, and promotions tailored to the Brazilian market.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to keep our offering competitive and relevant in Brazil.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce or related field.

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, ideally with responsibility for managing a product category.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.

  • Customer-centric mindset with an entrepreneurial approach; able to balance short-term results with long-term category development.

  • Proven track record of delivering business results through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese language skills (especially Brazilian Portuguese) are manadatory.
