From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and selection agency specializing in Retail, Fashion, and Luxury, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead the full recruitment cycle for key roles within the Portuguese market from the offices of our client, in Barcelona.
Our recruitment and training consultancy works with various clients in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and has offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, Braga and London.
Job Description como Senior Recruiter:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and strategic positions.
Partner closely with Directors, Leads, and Managers to understand team needs, project pipelines, and talent gaps.
Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract exceptional candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, portfolio reviews, and industry events.
Conduct competency-based interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit.
Manage the candidate experience with professionalism, transparency, and brand-aligned communication.
Provide market insights on compensation, talent availability, and competitor benchmarks.
Drive process improvements and ensure recruitment best practices across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to support strategic workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of recruitment experience, with a significant portion focused on the fashion or retail industries.
Strong understanding of the retail market.
Ability to review and assess with a critical and trained eye.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple searches at once.
Native in Portuguese, fluency in english.
