Job description

We are seeking on behalf of a client, a consumer goods business operating within the health, wellness, and functional beverage space a General Manager/ Head of Commercial Growth UK & Ireland to build, scale, and lead a business with a strong focus on distribution growth, brand development, and omnichannel excellence.

The company has established a strong presence across multiple European markets and is recognised for its innovative product format, premium brand positioning, and sustainability credentials.

This role combines commercial leadership, brand building, and operational ownership, with full responsibility for the UK market.

Key Tasks

  • Define and execute UK market entry / expansion roadmap
  • Develop and scale key retail and distribution partnerships
  • Lead quarterly and annual business planning
  • Manage key commercial negotiations and contracts
  • Build and structure the UK team
  • Report regularly to global leadership on performance and progress
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across channels

 

Requirements

Profile

  • Strong commercial leader with proven experience in B2B / retail / distribution / digital
  • Experience building or scaling a brand in a competitive market
  • Deep understanding of UK retail and CPG landscape
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution focus
  • Ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skill
