Job description

In Luxetalent we are looking for a Supervisor for a Premium Menswear Brand for their new opening in Westfield White City, London. As Supervisor you will be working for one of the top premium Menswear Brands in the world.

Main Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and KPIs by maximizing the business opportunities;
Contribute to sales figures’ analysis and elaborations;
Actively suggest and contribute to maintain and expand client’s network locally;
Contribute to a high level of customer service;
Ensure the staff meet all the company standards on appearance, selling ceremony, behaviours;
Contribute to display set-up, liaising with Visual Merchandising;
Coordinating and training the team in accordance with the Store Manager.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial retail role.
Excellent communications, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Commercially driven and result oriented approach is key together with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in English.
