From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we partnered with a Fashion Start Up and we are helping them to find their new General Manager to lead their business globally and deliver their ambitious growth targets

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Job Description:

P&L responsibility
Ownership of business forecast and delivery
Designing the operating model and hiring top talent
Executing the roll-out of showrooms and service centers
Influencing product range decisions
Establishing strategic partnerships
Working to create and deliver a country growth plan with the central team
Create successful strategies and apply them, in correlation with the new or current team members
Building a business top talent wants to work for

Requisitos

Ability to think strategically but thinking on the daily operations to set clear direction.
Strong managerial knowledge as well as fashion (ideally premium-high end) background.
Clearly articulate the vision for the Brand across the entire organization
Create an efficient operating model for huge scale
Operate at pace, but from a solid foundation
Hire top talent in every position
Utilise the resources within the wider company
Lead trading and commercial discussion with peers across the organization
Understand the growth levers for the business and how to manage them
Turn customer feedback and insight into action
