From Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, we are looking for a Brand Manager for one of our clients, an International Premium Spirits brand, to be located either in Madrid or Barcelona.

In our recruitment agency we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, where we have offices in strategic locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Munich.

Main tasks as a Brand Ambassador:

Educating costumers, retailers and distributors sales team about our brand and products
Executing Master classes, guest shifts, exclusive spirits Tastings and leading luxury events.
Developing outstanding experiences for consumers (collectors, spirits lovers and luxury goods consumers) and activating them in market as the perfect Host
Working closely with sales and marketing departments to calendarize and develop strategies and activations.
Creating social media content from the events in order to drive brand awareness around the brand
Tracking customer preferences
Understanding European markets and culture to maximize the activation plans
Maintaining a positive and professional image of the brand at all times.

Requisitos

Availability to travel constantly
Prior experience in a similar position and Knowledge of spirits industry will be appreciated
English C1 mandatory. French and Italian will be very appreciated.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Passionate about luxury segment
Self-confidence to run high-end events for consumers/trade by yourself.
Friendly, approachable, elegant, and outgoing personality.
Gastronomic curiosity and/or prior background in gastro experiences
Knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
